Hello, I'm Ivan

By day, I work in developer tooling.
By night, I run a small, highly specialized coffee laboratory out of my home.

I've spent the last decade orbiting engineers, starting as a sales engineer until I took off the sheep's clothing. Right now, my curiosity is pointed at AI.

The coffee situation is harder to explain.
There are multiple espresso machines. Many grinders. A dedicated coffee freezer. At least one drink (espresso martini on playa, long story) that I'm willing to defend as the best ever made.

To balance this out, I've started woodworking. Cutting wood feels like a healthy counterweight to staring at a screen all day. Occasionally this turns into interactive art projects with friends.

I believe in making critical connections. I like figuring things out, and then going a little further than necessary.
